This is a great alternative to face to face Personal Training where you are still getting a tailor made fitness or exercise program that you can do without me even being with you so you get the best of my skills and tools if I don't currently have a free slot for you or there is miles between us. You complete my consultation paperwork and I sort the program design, go through with you via phone, facetime, skype etc, you then go and work the plan and send me updates and I'll regularly review your progress.
